1. We are 10 or more homeowners from a cognizable neighborhood within what is known generally as Reston. By a "cognizable neighborhood" we mean a group of homes from along the same street or cul de sac or from streets immediately adjacent to or across from one another and thus generally part of the same neighborhood. Our group’s name is set forth below.
   
   
2. ARCH’s governing documents and any conditions of membership are set forth on the Arch Web site at www.RestonARCH.org.
   
   
3. On ARCH matters subject to a vote of the membership, our group (like any General Member) would be entitled to one vote. Identified below is the individual designated as our group’s ARCH Member Representative with the authority to cast our vote on all internal ARCH matters.
   
   
4. Annual dues are $100 for any neighborhood group of less than 50 units; $125 for groups of 50-99 units; and $150 for groups of 100 or more units. Dues are payable within 30 days of petition acceptance.
   
   
5. We will update ARCH if our group membership changes.
