1. I am a homeowner (or immediate family member of a homeowner) within what is known generally as Reston, and I permanently reside at that property. I am not a member of a townhouse or condominium association or group of single-family homes that are currently a member of ARCH.
   
   
2. I acknowledge ARCH governing documents and any conditions of membership set forth on the Arch Web site at www.RestonARCH.org.
   
   
3. On ARCH matters subject to a vote of the membership, I understand that the collective plurality of the Associate Membership will count as a single vote. I (like any Associate Member) will be entitled to vote on the particular issue, with all Associate Member votes to be tabulated separately and the plurality to be registered as the collective Associate Membership vote on that matter.
   
   
4. Annual dues are $25 for this Associate Membership, payable within 30 days of acceptance of this petition.
